FlexPockets by PocketLab

Data controls

Manage information stored on your device, optional diagnostic sharing, and your separate Google Play subscription. FlexPockets is the website and store name; Android may show the launcher label Flex Pocket.

No account to delete

FlexPockets does not create a user account or maintain an account profile. There is no FlexPockets cloud account or account password to delete.

Delete local app data

Automation settings, filters, session controls, and local activity history are stored on your Android device. You can delete them by clearing FlexPockets storage in Android's app settings or by uninstalling FlexPockets. These actions remove local app data from that device.

Turn off optional diagnostics

Open FlexPockets, choose App options, open Diagnostics sharing, then choose Turn off and delete queued data. FlexPockets will stop new diagnostic collection, cancel scheduled uploads, and delete diagnostic reports still waiting on the device. An upload already in progress may finish.

For uploaded reports, the server replaces the app-generated installation identifier with a one-way hash before object storage. PocketLab does not retain the original identifier in the stored report or keep an account-to-report mapping, so an email address cannot reliably identify a particular uploaded report for targeted deletion.

Diagnostic reports use a 30-day age threshold measured from collection. Reports waiting on the device are discarded when its queue is next processed after the threshold. A daily server cleanup deletes uploaded reports after the threshold, so deletion normally occurs during the next cleanup run.

An uploaded report can include the report creation time, event occurrence time, and server receipt time, along with the accessibility-derived allowlisted control labels, positions, node states, and action outcomes described in the Privacy Policy.

Manage or cancel your subscription separately

Deleting local data or uninstalling FlexPockets does not cancel a Google Play subscription. To review or stop future renewals, use the Google Play subscription center. Google Play manages billing, cancellation, and refund eligibility.
