Terms of Service

The service

FlexPockets is a user-started Android automation assistant. It uses Android's Accessibility Service to read visible Amazon Flex offer information, apply filters you configure, and perform visible, cancellable interactions. FlexPockets is not an accessibility tool for users with disabilities. You remain responsible for starting, monitoring, and stopping each session.

Subscription and trial

A current FlexPockets Pro subscription is required to use automation. Google Play displays the available monthly or yearly price, billing period, and any trial eligibility before purchase. Eligible new subscribers may receive a seven-day trial when that offer is displayed by Google Play.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through Google Play before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access normally continues until the paid or trial period expires. Google Play manages charges, refunds, renewals, and subscription settings, subject to its terms and applicable law.

You can review or cancel a subscription in the Google Play subscription center. Clearing FlexPockets data or uninstalling the app does not cancel a Google Play subscription.

Accessibility permission and control

Automation requires you to review the in-app disclosure and manually enable the FlexPockets Accessibility service. Sessions must remain user-started, visible, and cancellable. You must not attempt to alter the app to bypass package restrictions, blocked sensitive screens, subscription checks, or other safeguards.

Third-party services

FlexPockets is independent software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon or Amazon Flex. Your use of Amazon Flex and Google Play remains governed by their respective agreements and policies. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use automation with a third-party service.

Diagnostics and privacy

If you choose to share diagnostics, technical mapping reports are uploaded to improve recognition and interaction reliability. Reports can include accessibility-derived control labels from a fixed allowlist, positions and bounds, view IDs and node states, actions and outcomes, and diagnostic timestamps. Arbitrary offer text—including payout, station, location, time, or duration details—is discarded before upload. To opt out, open App options, then Diagnostics sharing. The categories, exclusions, service providers, security measures, 30-day age threshold, and cleanup processes are described in the Privacy Policy. FlexPockets does not create an account. No guarantee of offers or uninterrupted operation

FlexPockets does not create, reserve, or guarantee Amazon Flex offers, earnings, availability, or acceptance. Mobile interfaces, network conditions, Android behavior, and third-party services can change. The service may pause, fail to recognize a screen, or be temporarily unavailable.

Acceptable use

You may not use FlexPockets to access credentials, payment information, security prompts, unrelated applications, or any system or account you are not authorized to use. You may not reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it, interfere with the backend, or submit fabricated telemetry intended to disrupt the product.

Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlexPockets is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or particular results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PocketLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Changes and contact
